Woman, niece commit suicide – 15 Apr 2023
LAHORE: Two members of the same family committed suicide, reportedly over a domestic dispute, in Factory Area on Friday. The suspects reportedly were a woman and her niece and they were so frustrated after a domestic dispute that they swallowed poisonous pills. Their condition deteriorated and they were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. One of the victims, 3o-year-old Sobia died on Thursday and 18-year-old Sumera died during treatment on Friday.
