Two teenagers found dead – 20 Feb 2023

A teenager’s body was found dumped in a drain in Mangamadi. A passerby spotted the victim floating in rohi drain and alerted police who rushed to the spot and removed the body. The victim was identified as 17-year-old Rizwan.
In another incident, an 8-year-old boy who went missing from Islampura was found dead. The victim, Ahad’s, body had burn injuries. He had gone missing earlier this week and his family registered a case against his abduction. On Sunday, his body was found in the same neighborhood. Police moved the body to a morgue for an autopsy, collected forensic evidence from the crime scene and were investigating the matter further.
In another incident, a 16-year-old boy went missing from Manawan. The family of 16-year-old Arfan said that he went outside but never came back home. A case was registered and police said that they were investigating the matter further. OUR CORRESPONDENT
