RAWALPINDI: Kallar Syedan police have booked an employer and his employee for attempting to rape a 21-year-old female worker on Wednesday. According to a police spokesperson, the victim told the police that she worked with a local cash and carry store to make a living. On April 25 at around 11:3oam, the owner of the cash and cary offered her a lift and when she got into the car, his manager also got into the car. She said both accused took her to a house in the Ghosia neighborhood of Kallar Syedan and tried to rape her. The victim further said they only fled the scene when she cried for help at the top of her voice. Furthermore, the spokesperson said the police have registered a case of attempted rape against the two accused and started an investigation. He said efforts are being made to arrest the accused.
