Toddler killed during parents’ quarrel – 10 Feb 2023

A toddler reportedly died during a scuffle between his parents on Thursday, however the mother alleged that her husband is responsible for the death of the child, identified as one-and-a-half-year-old Bilal.
The boy’s mother returned to her parent’s home after a fight with her husband Qurban Ali. The children were staying with the father, where Bilal had been struggling with an unknown illness for several days.
Today, after Bilal’s health deteriorated, his father rushed him to his in-law’s home. However, the couple began to squabble and fight, causing the mother to lose grip of Bilal. He fell to the ground and died on the spot. Sheikh Fazil Police shifted the child’s body to the hospital for a post-mortem and started an investigation.
Reportedly, this was not the first time the couple fought and most of their disputes revolved around their financial situation.
