LAHORE: A suspect angered by the marriage of his sister was arrested over allegedly strangling his mother and sister to death in Raiwind. The suspect was identified as Kamran and reportedly his mother, Sughra Bibi, wanted to arrange his sister Mahnoor’s marriage. However, Kamran allegedly did not approve of the proposal and wanted her to get married to another suitor. The suspect allegedly later strangled the victims to death. Police arrested the suspect and are investigating the matter further. OUR CORRESPONDENT
