Health official’s house attacked in Khyber – 19 Nov 2022
KHYBER: Unidentified assailants opened fire on the house of a health employee in Maniya Khel locality of Jamrud on Thursday morning.
Police said that the attackers fired at the main gate of the house of polio social mobiliser Zabit Khan, causing minor damage to the gate. They said that the inmates of house remained safe while the attackers managed to flee after the firing incident.
Zabit Khan later said that he had been frequently receiving threatening calls since March and demanded of the police to provide him security. The police registered a case and started investigations.
