14-year-old kidnapped girl recovered – 6th May 2020

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE: A 14-year-old girl allegedly kidnapped in Rahim Yar Khan on March 3 was recovered while she was being taken to Naushahro Feroze by a car. SHO of Sadhuja police station Mohammed Khan Abro told local reponers on Tuesday that a police pany was put on alen on a tip-off about shifting of the girl from one place to the other. A car was signalled to stop at Sadhuja stop and on suspicion asked the driver, Asif Bhatti, about the girl accompanying him.

The girl drew the policemen`s attention to tell them that she was kidnapped by the man from the Kot Sabzal area of Rahim Yar Khan.

The suspect and the girl were brought to the Sadhuja police station and the girl`s father was contacted by phone as he had lodged a kidnap FIR at the Kot Sabzal police station on March 3.

Asif and the victim were then handed over to the Naushahro Feroze district police for legal formalities.-Correspodent
